Hey Sis, I Love U!

HEY SIS, I LOVE U!
A Safe Place to Be Heard. A Sisterhood Where You Are Loved.
I founded Hey Sis, I Love U! in January 2017 with one simple but powerful vision: to create a safe, loving, and nonjudgmental space where women could simply come as they are.
No pretending.
No competing.
No having to explain why you feel the way you feel.
I wanted to create a place where women could gather to talk, vent, cry, laugh, pray, encourage one another, heal, connect, and love.
Because sometimes, Sis, you don't need someone to fix everything.
Sometimes you simply need a safe place to take off the weight you've been carrying. You need somewhere you can exhale, be vulnerable, and hear another woman say:
“Hey Sis, I Love U!”
That is the heart behind everything I created.
WHY I CREATED THIS SISTERHOOD
When I started Hey Sis, I Love U! in January 2017, I never wanted it to be just another women's group.
I wanted to create a genuine sisterhood.
I wanted women from different backgrounds, seasons of life, experiences, and walks of faith to have a place where they could gather without fear of being judged.
As women, we wear so many hats.
We are mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, friends, caregivers, professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and so much more.
But underneath all of those titles is still a woman.
A woman who sometimes needs somewhere safe to say:
“Sis, I'm tired.”
“Sis, I need prayer.”
“Sis, I need to talk.”
“Sis, I need to laugh.”
Or even:
“Sis, I don't need anything today. I just need to be around people who love me.”
I created Hey Sis, I Love U! for those moments.
MY MISSION
My mission for Hey Sis, I Love U! is to cultivate a safe, faith-centered, loving, and nonjudgmental environment where women can build authentic relationships, encourage one another, strengthen their faith, serve their communities, and experience personal renewal.
I believe sisterhood should extend beyond social gatherings.
Sisterhood should love.
Sisterhood should serve.
Sisterhood should encourage.
Sisterhood should give.
Sisterhood should pray.
And sisterhood should remind you that you don't have to navigate every season of your life alone.
SISTERHOOD THROUGH SERVICE
Part of loving my sisters means loving the community around us.
Through Hey Sis, I Love U!, I am committed to giving back through outreach, including feeding individuals experiencing homelessness and finding meaningful opportunities to serve people who may need compassion, encouragement, food, prayer, or simply the reminder that someone sees them.
For me, service isn't about recognition.
It's about putting love into action.
FAITH • FELLOWSHIP • GROWTH
Faith is an important part of the foundation of Hey Sis, I Love U!, and I am excited about where God is leading this sisterhood next.
Beginning in October 2026, I will introduce Corporate Bible Study as another opportunity for women to come together around the Word of God.
My vision is to create a space where we can strengthen our relationship with God, study His Word, ask questions, pray, learn, and encourage one another as we apply biblical principles to our everyday lives.
I'm not looking for perfection.
I'm creating room for progress, understanding, spiritual growth, and genuine relationships with God and one another.
You don't have to know every scripture.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
Just come ready to grow.
OUR ANNUAL GATHERING
Once a year, I create an intentional space for us to step away from the routines, responsibilities, and noise of everyday life and simply gather as sisters.
Each annual gathering is built around a special theme designed to help women reconnect, laugh, fellowship, reflect, create memories, and challenge old ways of thinking.
For me, it's more than hosting an event.
It's about creating an experience.
An opportunity to release what no longer serves you, renew your mind, reconnect with yourself, connect with other women, and move forward with greater intention.
I've learned that growth doesn't always happen in isolation.
Sometimes it happens around a table.
Sometimes through a conversation.
Sometimes through tears.
Sometimes through laughter.
Sometimes through prayer.
And sometimes your healing or renewal begins because another woman simply made room for you.
I want Hey Sis, I Love U! to be that room.
MORE THAN A GROUP — IT'S A SISTERHOOD
Since January 2017, the heart behind Hey Sis, I Love U! has remained the same:
Create the space. Welcome the woman. Love the sister.
I don't expect you to walk through the door with everything figured out.
There is room here for the woman who is growing.
There is room for the woman who is rebuilding.
There is room for the woman who is celebrating.
There is room for the woman who has questions.
There is room for the woman who needs encouragement.
There is room for the woman who needs to cry.
There is room for the woman who needs to laugh again.
And there is room for the woman who has healed enough that she's finally ready to reach back and pour into another sister.
There is room for her.
There is room for YOU.
MY INVITATION TO YOU
Whether you're joining me for fellowship, serving the community alongside me, studying God's Word, laughing until your stomach hurts, having a difficult conversation, or intentionally working to renew your mind, I want you to know that you are welcome.
My desire is for Hey Sis, I Love U! to continue being rooted in love, faith, sisterhood, service, fellowship, and growth.
So if you've been looking for a space where you can take off the cape, put down the titles, exhale, connect, grow, and simply be you...
Sis, there's a seat for you.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing one woman can say to another is also the simplest:
Hey Sis, I Love U! ❤️
